Refund Policy

Effective Date: 22 March 2026

Section 1: Overview

This Refund and Cancellation Policy forms part of the TurnoHub Terms of Service. TurnoHub provides services primarily to business entities and professionals (B2B). Accordingly, statutory consumer cooling-off rights under EU Directive 2011/83/EU generally do not apply to TurnoHub subscriptions.

Section 2: Free Trial

All new Business Users are entitled to a fourteen (14) calendar day free trial:

  • No payment is required during the Free Trial
  • You have full access to the platform features included in your chosen plan
  • The Free Trial is provided once per business entity — creating multiple accounts to exploit additional trials is a breach of the Terms of Service
  • The Free Trial is the primary mechanism for evaluating the Service before committing to a paid subscription

Section 3: No-Refund Policy

Except as expressly stated in Section 4, all subscription fees paid to TurnoHub are non-refundable:

  • No refunds will be issued after the first payment has been processed
  • No partial-month refunds will be issued if you cancel mid-billing-cycle — your subscription and access continue until the end of the paid period
  • No refunds are issued for unused features or periods of non-use

Section 4: Exceptions — When a Refund May Be Issued

TurnoHub may, at its sole discretion, issue a full or partial refund in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • A verified billing error has occurred (e.g. you were charged the wrong amount or charged twice)
  • The Service has been substantially unavailable (cumulative period exceeding 72 hours in a single billing month) due to causes within TurnoHub's control
  • Applicable mandatory law requires a refund in your jurisdiction

To request a refund, contact [email protected] within fourteen (14) days of the issue. TurnoHub will investigate and respond within ten (10) business days.

Section 5: How to Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Accessing the Billing or Account Settings section of your TurnoHub dashboard
  • Contacting our support team at [email protected]

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until that date.

Section 6: Data Export Grace Period

Following cancellation, TurnoHub provides a thirty (30) calendar day data export grace period:

  • You may log in to your account and export your data (client records, booking history, analytics)
  • Read-only access is provided — no new data can be added or modified

After the thirty (30) day grace period, TurnoHub may permanently delete your account data. It is your sole responsibility to export any data you require before this deadline.

Section 7: Suspension or Termination by TurnoHub

TurnoHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Business User's account immediately without refund if:

  • The Business User breaches the Terms of Service
  • The account is used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes
  • TurnoHub is required to do so by law or court order
